  • All full-time, part-time and fixed-term employees (t-) are eligible. Former employees with 10 or more years of service who left the company on good standing on or after January 1, 2015 are eligible.
  • All BEST pricing information is confidential and may not be shared
  • Maximum of three rooms per stay
  • Employee or Alumni must be in the traveling party
  • The BEST program is for leisure/personal use only
  • Any abuse will lead to full recovery of costs against the individual and disciplinary action
